How To Shop Online

2. At the Checkout page fill in recipient details
3. Make your gift extra special by adding your own personalised message – add this to the notes section.
4. Select the delivery date & address including a nominated delivery day. IMPORTANT NOTE Ensure you leave a contact telephone number. Failure to do so may result in your flowers not being delivered.

Urgent Delivery
If you require a very urgent delivery service please call (01287 631001) or message us on Facebook and we shall be more than happy to try to facilitate your request. Alternatively for less urgent matters email flowermaidenuk@gmail.com
Same Day Delivery
We can usually offer a same day delivery service for all orders placed before 12pm. Orders can be placed online with a note regarding delivery. Please note if we are unable to deliver that day, flowers will be delivered the following day.
Next Day Delivery
Flower delivery is available throughout the Cleveland and Teesside locations

What happens if the customer is not at home when we deliver.
We will leave a card with instructions. The bouquet may have been left with a neighbour or left undercover. Please leave delivery instructions on your order note, if your recipient is not going to be home. If neither of these options are available we will contact you directly for further instructions.
Please note that Bouquets that cannot be delivered will incur a re-delivery charge. However, we will do everything we can to avoid this.
