Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange due to flowers being perishible.
The longevity of flowers will depend on the environment and care taken after delivery. Try not to display flowers on a windowsill or above a radiator in the aqua box, it’s been delivered in.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Cancelled Orders will be subject to an admin fee depending on payment type made this is to cover card payment charges, admin or stock costs we may have incurred against the original purchase.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All Flowers delivered in Aqua boxes must be placed in fresh water in vases and untied.
Please note flowers kept in aqua boxes for more than 3 days are likely to perish more quickly than if they were placed in a vase.
